RENTALS

The Legacy at Hatcher Farm is available to rent for any special occasion. Weddings can be reserved up to two years in advance. Non-wedding events are considered within four months of reservation date, with exception of Monday-Thursday and Sunday rentals which are considered up to 12 months in advance. Pricing varies based on event type, guest count, time of year and selected day(s). Contact us today to inquire about your specific needs and to obtain pricing information. We utilize a software program to provide rental contracts and online payment options, making the reservation process efficient and transparent.

FEATURES

Lighted Patio

Everyone loves the option of an outdoor space and that’s exactly what we have for you. The lighted concrete patio comes complete with string lights, a gazebo, fire pit and beautiful mountain views. A few steps away is a level lawn area perfect for any outdoor ceremony.

Indoor and Outdoor Bar

Stationary indoor bar with all the necessities, including a vintage fridge. Portable outdoor bar at your request. Large beverage carts available for water, soda, or libations- it’s your party you can choose what you want to!

Warming Kitchen

Our kitchen was designed with your caterer in mind. Amenities to include prep table, 2 refrigerator/ freezers, stove and microwave, warming unit & ice maker.

Something Borrowed

Wedding rentals can enjoy access to our extensive supply of decor and accessories including table linens.

Bride and Groom Suites

A designated space for each bridal party to prepare for the special day. Rooms include visually pleasing decor, plush seating, buffets for snacks and beverage, full length mirrors, hangers & storage. A dressing table for hair and makeup is provided in the bridal room.

Farm Tables

All rentals will include use of tables and chairs, including wood farm tables hand crafted by our family. Base pricing includes seating up to 150. Capacity is 300 persons.
